With increasing concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Battle River Power Coop is adding precautions to our already diligent practices to ensure continuity in our power distribution.
Battle River Power Coop will remain open for business during this period of uncertainty and our Pandemic Continuity Plan has been implemented, including the establishment of rigorous protocols as per Health Canada recommendations to ensure a safe environment for our staff.
As a utility, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and are prepared to respond rapidly to the changing nature of this pandemic. Should the need arise, essential staff and management are able to work remotely. Our employees are available to connect with you by phone or email if you need us and we are following social distancing guidelines.
Members are reminded that bill payment is easily accomplished through Canada Post, by phoning the office to use a credit card, or by setting up an online account through this link: www.brpower.coop/members/on-line-account-set-up/
Battle River Power Coop is committed to ongoing communications as the situation evolves. We encourage members to follow our social media platforms, read the newsletter and visit the website.
We value our employees and our members and their families and will work to ensure and protect the ongoing delivery of energy to our membership.
