The board of Directors, management and staff of Battle River Power Coop wish our members and families a delightful holiday. May it be filled with peace and joy.

The holiday season is often packed with events, entertainment and social gatherings. If there is room on your calendar for things to do and places to go, check out Battle River Power Coop’s sponsored page at New Country 98.1, Around Town. More events can be seen on the Community Calendar on this website. We invite members of Battle River Power Coop to make use of the Community Calendar to post events sponsored by local community organizations, regional organizations and charities. Just send them by email to brpc@brpower.coop .

A highlight for most Albertans during the holidays is great food, best shared with family and friends. Battle River Power Coop staff recognizes that many Albertans find it difficult to put a good meal on the table, and once again gathered groceries and cash to donate to a local food bank. Each year our donation goes to a different community, and Wetaskiwin was the recipient this year. We hope that Battle River Power Coop’s contribution makes life a bit easier for food bank clients both in the holiday season and in the New Year. Have a look at the Gallery to see photos of this and other community involvement, including Meal to the Field, the Annual General Meeting and Habitat Camrose.

The Battle River Power Coop office will be closed on Tuesday, December 25th, Wednesday, December 26, and Tuesday, January 1, 2019. As always, Battle River Power Coop is committed to the delivery of safe, reliable, cost effective power delivery and responds to trouble calls 24/7/365. Call 1.877.428.3972 in the event of an outage.
